This Saturday, Philip Sparks is opening his clothing factory located in the Junction neighbourhood in Toronto to offer curious fashionistas a behind-the-scenes look at where his collections are designed, cut, and sewn from. The local designer focuses on producing as much of his collections in house as he possible can so that his team can not only be the most creative in tailoring, but also to allow for closely monitored quality and increased production.
The factory, located in Toronto’s rapidly gentrifying Junction neighbourhood, is a former bread factory. The open house will showcase the factory in full production mode as the team prepares summer and fall collection pieces.
