My Week with car2go Toronto

A more formal review is coming, but I really wanted to show you what I’ve been up to during my week with my car2go Smart Car FourTwo. You may have seen some of it on Twitter with my hashtag #jamie2go – check out my week via Storify:

Tonight is my last night of my official “review” of the service and I’ve got a few plans. Ever lugged a 30lb bag of dog food home from the pet store? Or tried to take it home on TTC? I’ve even seriously considered tying it to the dog to bring home. Dog food is expensive enough – so instead of taking a cab home from the pet store I’m going to use the car2go. At 35 cents a minute, the two minute drive from the pet store is very affordable!

This week, I’ll tell you what I liked and didn’t like about the car2go service and what I will continue to use the Smart Cars for.

If you think this might be a service you would be interested in using I recommend signing up right now! There is no yearly membership fee, but there is a one-time registration fee of $35 that is currently being waived with promo code “TDOT”.
